To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, winli's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims arising out of your use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to your winli account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
